Lineweight Studio is an Atlanta-based architectural design practice specializing in adaptive reuse and renovation projects. We provide services spanning the full breadth of the design and construction process, from Pre-Design through Construction Administration and all phases in between. Our strategic approach to design enables us to create memorable and compelling spatial experiences while satisfying programmatic requirements and budget constraints.

Adaptive reuse and renovation projects in walkable, intown neighborhoods are our core focus, but we work on a wide variety of project types and scales. We are particularly passionate about breathing new life into existing spaces, whether that space is an existing single-family home, an underutilized warehouse building, or a historic cotton mill.

We primarily work on the following project types: - Commercial Adaptive Reuse (Core and shell only and full buildouts)
- Residential Whole-Home Renovations and Large Additions
