Highland Church Renovation
Old Fourth Ward, Atlanta, GA
Completed 2019

completed at Kronberg Urbanists + Architects

This project involved the conversion of an existing three story, 8,300 square foot church building into new flexible loft office space in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood of Atlanta. To facilitate a variety of leasing configurations, new exterior entries were added to the middle and lower levels. New windows and skylights were added, and existing windows were enlarged to maximize interior natural light. A new patio was added to the front facade as a tenant amenity and as a way to enhance the building’s engagement with the sidewalk.

Project team: Kronberg Urbanists + Architects (architecture), Stability Engineering (structural), Proficient Engineering (MEP), Flippo Civil (civil), Perry Ingenuity (general contractor)
